Shelley Hirsch has been pushing boundaries with her unique vocal art drawing on her life experiences, her memory, and her vivid imagination for decades. She has presented her compositions, staged multimedia works, improvisations, radio plays, installations, and collaborations in concert halls, clubs, festivals, theaters, museums, galleries, and on radio, film, and television on five continents. Hirsch's prestigious fellowships and awards include The Foundation For Contemporary Arts Grants for Artists; The John Simon Memorial Guggenheim Fellowship; A Creative Capital Grant a DAAD Residency among others.

about CHRISTIAN:
He performs with many ensembles all over the world. Current projects include a trio with Ellery Eskelin on saxophone and Michael Griener on drums, with Michel Wintsch piano/synth & Christian Wolfarth drums
as well as a duo with Joke Lanz on turntables. He is also performing regularly with ensembles for contemporary composed music, filmmusic, theatre and dance productions as well as with the post-punk-dada band Sudden Infant.
In 2003 Weber received the cultural award for arts of the city of Zurich. From 2007 he was a lecturer at the
universities of Basel, Berne and Lucerne. He holds a professorship at the latter since 2022.

Vogel is one of the driving forces in today's european improvised contemporary music field. Besides being an outstanding distinct and high energetic drummer in many styles he is running the festival www.bezaubeatz.at as well as the BOOMSLANG RECORDS label.
